New Kirsten Book Covers

It doesnt look like the old ones are on sale unfortunately. And only the hardcover versions of those three are available. The whole thing is kinda odd to me because Kit and Molly have had their new book covers on the publications page since January and they still have not come out. Yet I dont remember ever hearing about Kirsten getting new covers on that page. Unless I missed it, but Im on this board all the time! I cant believe I would miss that. The new covers arent too bad. One thing I have noticed though is that the binding on the paperbacks of these new books are a lot better than the first two cover editions. They seem much sturdier.o I guess thats one bonus.

FYI, the paperback set for Felicity is already sold out for those wishing to get her bookset before the new ones. I believe each one is still available individually however. The hardcover set is also still in stock.

The picture for Meet Kirsten is a bad choice- obviously lifted from the meet book=a cost cutting idea(??). The cats are not mentioned untill book 5.
The brighter colors will attract attention.

I guess it was unavoidable that AG redid Kirsten's covers, but her illustrations have always been my favorite ones and I hate that they're changing them! I don't mind the book covers being different, but why do they have to change the inside pictures? Oh well, maybe it will bring new readers to the books. They are really good stories, after all!

AHHHHH i loved Kirstens old illistrations! I have older versions of Felicitys, Kirstens, Addys, Samanthas and Mollys books so I think thats the only way the illistrations should be

ARE they changing the illustrations? I dont think Kirstens's new books are on the publications page yet so I dont know for sure. Maybe we will get lucky and they wont. I love her colored pencil illustrations as well.

Ummm...maybe I missed something (cuz Im never the first to find something!) but it looks as if Kirsten has her new book covers. I went to AGs website to checkout the new AGT outfit and went to look at their sales and Kirsten's books 1,2 and 6 have the covers in the new style but only those three and it looks as if they are only in hardcover as well. I went to Kirstens page and sure enough those same books were listed there too. How come they werent on the publications page just a month ago? I would have have thought they would have listed those well before the switch.
